Terms of Use for "ReaderIt"

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the text-to-speech product called “ReaderIt” (referred to as “the Service”), available as a web version, iOS app, Android app, and Chrome extension. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1: User Responsibilities

1.1 Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 13, please refrain from using the Service.

Terms of Use: Payment and Subscription

Payments for Subscriptions:

When you subscribe to ReaderIt’s premium package, please note that payments are non-refundable. Once the payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Subscription Renewal:

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Failure to cancel the subscription will result in automatic renewal and subsequent charges.

Cancellation of Subscription:

You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided within the ReaderIt app or contact our support team for assistance. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Prorated Refunds:

ReaderIt does not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a payment has been made for a subscription period, the full amount is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel before the end of the billing cycle.

Termination of Service:

ReaderIt reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

By using ReaderIt’s premium package, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding payments and subscriptions. It is important to carefully review and understand these terms before making a payment and subscribing to the premium features.
